Released: PCEP v0.1 *UPDATE*: PCEP v0.42
Kamisama has made available PCEP v0.1 today, a TurboGrafx-16/PC Engine emulator for the PSP. Currently it is in an early test/debug mode (displays numbers on-screen used for error reporting) and it has some compatibilty issues, but sound does work... and some games go up to 60 fps! Another nice addition to the growing collection of emulators available for PSP v1.00 handheld consoles.

UPDATE:
PCEP v0.2 is now available, with both improved speed and sound!
Kamisama has updated his PC Engine Emulator (called TurboGrafx 16 in the US) to version 0.2.
Version 0.1 was already very fast and sounded good. In this version the sound is even better and it runs faster.

PCEP v0.3 is also now available, with a configuration file now as well as menu and game backgrounds.
UPDATE #3:
PCEP v0.4 has been released, and updates include compression support and auto saving among other minor changes. Just after adding the v0.4 news, PCEP v0.41 was posted... including a bugfix for new compression feature so be sure to stay current guys!
UPDATE #4:
PCEP v0.42 is next in line, and includes both normal and widescreen modes along with increased speed among other updates. This emulator for the PSP is progressing very well indeed!

-Runs slightly faster
-Video Modes: Normal, 1:1 (272x 272), 3:2 (408 x 272), Widescreen (480x 272)
-Customizable Wallpapger, inmenu, and ingame
-Config Save
-Auto Save/Load: When you load the rom, if you have AUTO load on, and have saved the game at some point. It automatically starts you where you had saved.
-EXIT button has been added. So you don't need to hit the "Home" button when you want to quit out
-Debug check the data and FPS while playing
-PCM on or off(?)
-Auto Frame skip, and base clock functions(?)
For firmware 1.0
NOTE: For this emulator, one of the NOT working games is "Jackie Chan". To get it to work, load the ROM, don't hit start when it says to, wait until the little demo of the game starts and let it play for 5-10 seconds, then hit start. The game should run smoothly.
