Dev Hook Iso Loader v0.20This loader doesnt need a UMD inserted into the PSP drive.

how to use with hookboot:
1.copy hook_boot.elf and hook_boot.ini to DEV HOOK directry.
2.edit hook_boot.ini
Add "ASSIGN_PATH=DMY,DMY" if you don't use path replace.
because the hook boot0.94 doesn't work without "ASSIGN_PATH" parameter.
3.choice "TARGET"-"HOOK BOOT" in DEV HOOK menu.
