A 62 sec avi video only need 22 sec to complete encode (System use: P4 2GHz or Athlon XP 2000+)

(MPEG-4 AVC 384bps)
A 62 sec avi video only need 57 sec to complete encode (System use: P4 2GHz or Athlon XP 2000+)

Changes:

Now include MPEG-4 AVC support (Require PSP Firmware 2.00)
Add 400x192 screensize
Include edit menu to reset to default setting
Cancel MP4/AVC encoding at anytime
Qscale base encoding
Show your total encoding time
