With this simple tool you can customize your Firmware 3.0xOE

Features:
-Change your font
-Change your background images (enabled again)
-Change your gameboot
-Change Gameboot Path (loads Gameboot from MS)
-Change opening sound
-Flash a custom menu
-Version Spoof Editor
-Flash default/custom systemctrl.prx
-Flash default/custom vshctrl.prx (when on 3.03OE-B)
-Disable/Enable your Nework Update
-Flash pspctnf.txt or pspctnf_game.txt
-Dump/Flash registry
-Dump complete Flash0 & Flash1
-Restore defaults (gameboot, font, sound, menu texts and wallpaper)

ATTENTION: THIS TOOL WRITES TO FLASH0!!! IT COULD BRICK YOUR PSP! USING AT YOUR OWN RISK!
AT LEAST 50% BATTERY ARE RECOMMENDED!

Installation:
Simply put the PSP folder in the root of the Memory Stick.
Press Yes if the PC asked to overwrite the folders, nothingget deleted

How to:
1. Change your font/gameboot/sound
Simply put the files(ltn0.pgf, gameboot.pmf or opening_plugin.rco) into the root of your Memory Stick and start the Customizer.
Choose a point from the menu, wait a short time and tadaaa.

2. Change your background images
Simply put the files(01.bmp, 02.bmp, ...) into the root of your Memory Stick and start the Customizer.
Choose the background you want to flash, press X, wait a short time and tadaaa
It is possible now to flash hole sets with all 12 images.
For this save 12 Images (60x34px) in one folder, copy "BMP Merger.bat" in this folder and execute it. Now the BAT will make 01-12.bmp.
(Now make sure, that the file size of this file is exactly 77.824Byte, else it can make problems like white background in XMB, then
simply use the customizer to flash each image)
Now copy 01-12.bmp to MS Root and choose Menupoint 3 in the Customizer Menu, prees Left on DPad once and then X.
Wait a short time and tadaaa...

3. Change the menu text
Create a dump of Sony´s Firmware 2.50. Go to flash0/vsh/resource and copy the file topmenu_plugin.rco to your Memory Stick.
Just edit the file with a hex-editor. Then start the Customizer and choose the menu point.

5. Disable/Enable Network Update
Once you have started the Customizer pick point 8 or 9.

6. Dump/Flash registry
Start the customizer and choose point 10 to dump the registry. The files are saved to ms0:/system.dreg and ms0:/system.dreg.
To flash the registry again put the two files (system.dreg and system.ireg) in the root of your Memory Stick and choose point 11.

7. Dump complete Flash
Choose the last Menupoint and wait a short time.
After finish the dump all files are found in ms0:/flash0 and ms0:/flash1

8. Change Gameboot Path (loads Gameboot from MS)
Choose Menu point 2 and press X.
The Customizer will now flash a decrypted and modified opening_plugin.prx.
If no gameboot.pmf exists in ms0:/PSP/SYSTEM/, the gameboot will be copied from flash0.
After that the Gameboot will be deleted out of flash to save space

9. Enable USB
Press Triangle to enable/disable USB

10. Config Menü
Press Select to open configmenu.
At the moment there are 3 possible options:
USB at Start (on/off)
Language (English/German)
Batteryminimum for StartUp Question (in %, 0-100)
